I Love It Here!!!! The whole staff are very friendly and they listen to you it makes it very comfortable I am thankful for them and having this facility thank you Planned Parenthood Staff every single one of you do so amazing at what you guys are destined to you! Thank You I recommend this place already a will forever do!!!!

My first time ever visiting a planned parent hood I was in search of an Ob/gyn that was open on the weekends. They had the soonest available appointment the staff was nice it was clean and looks very new. My provider name was Amethyst she was amazing and very informative. She made me feel very comfortable and welcomed in her care.

I went there for an iud removal, I was seen by amethyst, she made my appt so painless and very informative too.

As I was waiting by the restrooms to be called in . A older lady not sure if she was a dr or assistant. Was spraying body spray all over the hall way which was next to the bathrooms. Very unprofessional Im highly allergic to perfume specially those $6 body sprays . My Vist was on 8/22 around 5:30

All of the medical facilities located in the high desert are incredibly impolite and judgmental, including this one. While you may come across a few friendly doctors, overall, the healthcare out here is absurd. I highly recommend seeking medical attention elsewhere, preferably down the hill.Side note: I have encountered friendliness from the Receptionist! 4 stars.

Would not remove arm implant until they feel like it they decide what happens to ur reproductive system not u dont go their I told them it hurted they still would not remove it till they fee l like giving me an appointment a week from today

I genuinely appreciate this location so much. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, very welcoming and everyone makes you feel comfortable. I come here to get my birth control, the female and male staff are so nice and always make me feel comfortable. I’ve never had a problem with this location, they’re always very welcoming, honest, respectful and helpful. ALSO I’ve asked them every question in the book and they always take their time to educate me and answer all my questions.

I am so grateful I was able to get an appointment the same day when my pcp couldnt give me an appt until Feb 28th! Everything was amazing, staff were all friendly, informative, helpful, nice, knowledgeable, starting from the phone call to make the appt! Everything was very clean, the wait times were minimal, staff was very quick and efficient, but at the same time did not rush me, took the time to listen me voice my concerns and go over my medical history. Thank you all so very much, I will only be going here from now on!! Also, a side note- I do not agree with most of the 1 star reviews, I have been coming here for years and for the most part, always had a positive experience. I understand everyones experience is going to be different, but the one about the bleeding, that person should have gone to an ER and the one about having to wait 2 hours, maybe they happened to come on a very busy day, youre going to wait that anywhere sometimes...regardless, it would have been worth the wait, although it is frustrating I know, businesses shouldnt be judged so quickly based on just wait time.

Super friendly and helpful staff. In and out within about 30 minutes. Very clean facility with a good amount of parking.

Planned Parenthood is the only clinic I go to for my male wellness/reproductive healthcare. Im always met with such courteous, respectful and thorough treatment from the staff and doctors. They are very up to date and educated. I would rather see a doctor that is well informed over one that shuns you with flat out ignorance. Im never made to feel embarrassed to talk about my symptoms, questions or concerns. I recommend this clinic 💯 !!!

I had an appointment to get my depo shot today and the receptionists were so friendly and so nice and attentive, definitely worth 10 stars if they had that option☺️

I really wanted birth control and at the time I had no insurance and didnt know when I would be able to get it back. My family recommended me to Planned parenthood so I went and scheduled an appointment. I signed up for their familyPACT and got the iud same day. The staff and doctor made my experience their wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

This is the only place that would take my birth control out right away!! It was causing me major health issues and no office would touch it, not even the hospital. Thank you so much for helping me and taking care of me. I was a walk in, it was busy, someone had canceled an appointment and the receptionist came in and told me she put me in the 2:30pm slot so I can be seen for sure❤️

Don’t come here unless you want your time wasted. they always take super long for no reason. I waited 2 whole hours for a simple check up. wasted time smh.

Horrible experience I had here today. Came in for excessive bleeding with blood clots after having a procedure done almost 4 weeks ago and they have me waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours. Something could be going on internally and you all just have me waiting. This is sad!

This place is very clean. The staff so friendly. I didnt wait even a minute in the waiting room. Everything was made fast. The staff was making sure I felt comfortable.

The Dr that was treating was VERY INFORMATIVE!!! The staff nice, I like this office never had any issues. I’m n out!

Very clean, friendly staff and doctor. Doctor was careful and communicated every step of my procedure as she went. Very helpful.

I went in for a refill on my birth control prescription for Tri-Sprintec 28day pills. The staff was informative and friendly, the facility was very modern and professional, and overall I had a great experience. Definitely will go back for the refill prescription again in 90 days.

NP Puja was very irrational, very closed minded. Unhelpful. No one gave me my prescriptions, and no one told me I had prescriptions assigned to me until I read my updated medial history. And I got a referral sheet with just my info. She didn’t even end up telling me what clinic I should go for my breast ultrasound because she would cut me off constantly like she did throughout the whole visit.

I went in because im having signs of pregnancy. I felt i was being ridiculed through out my entire experience. I felt staff wasnt listening and when my piss test came back negative they treated me like im a hypochondriac, so walked out....my piss test came back negative last time i was pregnant and it took a blood test to confirm that i was. Im very displeased with this planned parenthood. Will deffinately not return.

Coming from somone who’s terrified of seeing doctors, they are friendly, helpful, and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend!!! Made an appointment and spent less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. All the staff and doctor was super nice and friendly.

I think this place is a good Dr facility. And Im really glad they finally made it convenient for the people of the high desert. Now.you dont have to go all the way to San Bernardino or else where.

Staff and doctor were very nice. Inside was very clean and pleasant looking. I was very impressed considering most clinics in the area are a disappointment.

My daughter went there and they her the pill and when she went back for her 2 week check up they said she had a lot of blood still in her stomach and that she may need another pill but the doctor said no and sent her home for it just to come out and my daughter have been bleeding for over a month now and shes been going through pads like 14 every 2 hours til last night my daughter passed out and we rushed her to the hospital were it was coming out like gallons and shes in so much pain that admitted her and they did a dnc on her and if I wouldnt of took her she could have died this clinic should have done that I feel when they give u the pill they should not only have u come back once they need to give more follow ups to make sure the patient is doing OK its not like she ever done this before to know so now I am going to proceed the best way I know how my daughter only did this because she already have 2 kids and a husband and she have a career in becoming a sheriff so she is focus on that right now but thats put on hold right now because she have to heal so some of u guys may of had a better experience than she others but she had a bad one so ladies is u feel something is not right after u have something done please dont hesitate to go to the hospital because the next person that go through what my child did may not be so lucky and if there are ladies out there that went through this please let me know thank you.

Called to see if they could schedule my mother and they told me that they dont help people over 60 years and then they asked if she had insurance. When she said she didnt but she would pay, they told her to go find somewhere else where they did low resource cases cause they couldnt help her and hung up.

Clearly states that prenatal care and or STD testing is available in website. However I was turned down due to already having symptoms.??really ghetto area. Staff was nice but unhelpful.

I was very pleased with the staff, they are very helpful.Went for birth control and was very much pleased.

Honestly very rude and when i had questions she didn’t even want to answer and she just kept trying to walk out and didn’t want to hear what i had to say, i felt really embarrassed and unwelcome.

Love the walk in service everyone is friendly and the exam is easy they are so patient jamie is amazing i will be going back

No bc i don’t have a problem other than w this lady. i don’t know her, she’s short, with glasses. she’s so rude & doesn’t deserve her position. i think she’s a medical assistant or something like that.
