I took my dad to have blood work done. We were the first ones there. Rena did the bloodwork and was late coming in to work. She took someone else before my dad. The appointment was at 8:00 am and she took him back at 8:40 am. She has never did this before. I see that my dad wasn’t the only one that Rena did this to.
VETERANS BEWARE. Over the last two years I have been at Bell Clinic as a veteran patient. Mostly the staff are pleasant and helpful. However, for the last five-six months I have been going back and forth with them trying to get a consult for a specialist. They seem to have no clue how to submit paperwork to the VA or community care. This is not the first time they have fumbled through this process. Then to top it off their receptionist laughed when I got the slightest bit frustrated with the fact that I have asked multiple times for them to call me back, which they never did. The Doctor himself and the other woman who does doctors visits as well are both wonderful people who address your concerns. The paperwork side is where all the issues reside.
Recently had to move my dad to Elkton due to heath problems try to find the available options to help me help him. Took him to bell clinic and was absolutely thrilled with the care they provided him. It was nice to take him somewhere were the staff was truly genuine to him.
DJ andJulianne are amazing providers and the newest addition Dr. Brooks seems just as amazing.
The staff is wonderful! They really care about their patients.
