Planned Parenthood - Dr. Daniel D. Wert Health Center at Lancaster

The people that work here are some of the sweetest, most wonderful people. Absolutely fantastic & thats why Im giving this location 5 stars. Its for them.PP as an organization seems to really have some cross-department communication issues and getting an appointment over the phone (if you call their headquarters number) can be unnecessarily stressful, confusing, and complicated.I understand though that the GOP has seriously kneecapped PP as organization/entity, so theyre honestly probably doing their best.I would also like to add that the Lancaster General Family Planning dept has a state grant that makes iud placement and other forms of birth control completely free & they have weekend + evening hours, whereas this Planned Parenthood does not, so if they cant accommodate your needs at this location, there are other options!

Went for a relatively routine procedure today and was blown away by the kindness, understanding, and general presence of staff. I find myself battling with doctors constantly to be taken seriously, and it was such a profound relief to be met with nonjudgement and trust. It shows that the medical industry is truly changing to embrace more compassionate care. Will be returning for other services in the future.

Professional, so kind, so informative. If you need healthcare, especially for reproductive health, highly recommend. Great Team

I dont agree with some things they do here however I went in for testing and they were Incredibly friendly ! I have a phobia for needles and literally passed out and they treated me with the up most care and respect. This establishment definitely has some wonderful people working there. Dont let your political views control how you treat innocent employees.

I was completely impressed with the services I received at planned parent hood on october10th 2022 I walked in the main entrance there was a gentleman sitting by the door asked do you have an appointment I said yes. asked for my id took me inside said have a seat ill give your information to the front desk i waited a few minutes they called me up asked for my insurance card and id gave me forms to fill out and had me fill out consent forms then said they will be out with you shortly. after I was called back by one of the nurses they led me into the check up room got all my history I gave them then got some blood work the lobotomists were very nice and courteous and very gentle. after that I went to the exam room to see a doctor it took a little which is expected considering they had other patients once the doctor came in i explained the situation which was occurring they examined me and said everything looks good they were very attentive to my needs and concerns and explained everything to me that I needed to know after my appointment they told it was nice meeting you if you need anything call us and showed me out to the front lobby I was so comfortable with the treatment they gave me I will definitely be back. the nurses and the front desk staff were very welcoming and nice.im impressed.

Scheduled my appointment days in advance and showed up to the location just for it to be closed?

I had a televist during covid and everyone was professional and kind. They explained everything and made sure what I should look out for starting medication. Overall a great visit and I will continue to work with them in the future!

Pregnant & tried to get help from these people. When I started crying, the lady got so nasty with me & then canceled my appointment because I hung up on her. Terrible people!

Their hours are NEVER corrrect. Went today to pick up my pills and they were closed. However, it said they were open online. They change their hours about 3 times a month. Need to start getting pills from my pharmacy.

The staff was very kind and supportive. I never felt judged or unsafe. Thank you PP for what you provide to the community.

Wouldnt go there again if my life depended on it. Had a 12:30 appt, but still wasnt taken back at 2pm. They took 5 others back first.

These nurses are so kind and thoughtful. I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of.
