The best in the business! My husband and I truly enjoyed working with Dr. Harris and his team. The entire team at RSC was readily available throughout the entire process and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone including all of the staff, was very supportive. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend RSC!

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Sara Reid and Laura Bruce at RSC. They took such good care of me throughout my entire process from beginning to end. I have nothing but the best things to say and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. They were caring, genuine, knowledgeable, patient and walked me through every step of the way. I love how thorough they were in helping me and my husband choose the right path forward. It was a complete 180 experience from the other clinic, spring fertility. So happy I found RSC and got put with an amazing team.

Wonderful experience at RSC with Dr. Reid. I am 41 yo and had 1 round of egg retrieval / freezing that was successful. Dr. Reid is patient and present in answering all my questions and listened to any concerns. All the staff nurses/tech and administration was friendly, competent and comforting. Id recommend RSC.

I had 2 failed embryo transfers at RSC and my embryos were genetically healthy but no further testing was suggested by Dr. Reid to see why my embryos couldn’t implant so after almost 2 years wasted, I decided to go to another clinic and start over. I went to CCRM in Menlo Park and more testing was done to determine that I had adenomyosis that needed to be treated first before doing another embryo transfer. After treatment and my first embryo transfer with CCRM, I’m now 11 weeks pregnant. I would have never gotten pregnant had my adenomyosis not been treated no matter how many transfers I had.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Ashley Johnson who works out of the Oakland office. Ashley took special interest in resolving my queries related to insurance. Representing RSC with utmost grace, Ashley went above and beyond by attending calls with my insurance company to ensure all my billing questions were clarified. Throughout this process, she showed exceptional patience and a genuine willingness to resolve my issues, so I truly believe that her efforts deserve recognition.

It was a year-long fertility journey for me here (but ultimately successful!), but RSC always made me feel cared for.All appointments and communications were timely, and the team was always wonderful and full of smiles - from the receptionists, to the blood draw, to the those in the lab, to the NPs/sonographers. Special mentions to Dr Reid, Heather (my case manager) and Charlene who have helped me on the journey!

I looked at CDC/SART data at outcomes and based on that information chose two top clinics. While both clinics seemed like they would do a good job, I LOVED my experience with Dr. Reid. She did a great job understanding my background, giving an overview of relevant information and helping me feel confident in her and the process. I was so excited and peaceful after meeting with her and feel so thankful as I was pretty nervous before meeting with her.I also love my case manager, Laura, because she is so positive, detail oriented, and really cares.

Dr. Reid is very professional, thoughtful and caring. She actually referred me to another fertility program -one of the best in the Bay Area through her connection due to time urgency and my medical situation. I didnt expect she would do that for me during the first time we met as RSC could lose a protentail client. She referred me because she believed I will get the best chance and treatment in that program and I did. I truly appreciate what she had done for me and highly recommend RSC.

My case nurse and doctor are great. My nurse was incredible and very attentive. She was always on top of things when it came to emails or what needed to be done next. Although I didn’t get pregnant through the clinic, I still recommend it to anyone trying to start a family. My husband and I were finally blessed with 2 beautiful children naturally.The billing department is a different story. You call the number that is on the statement and no one ever, ever picks up. You leave a voicemail mail, you never get a call within 24hr. Days later I always get a call from Florida.I went to the San Ramon clinic.

My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr. Reid at the end of September. We didnt wait long to get in to see her and she didnt rush the appointment at all. I was very nervous with going into an infertility treatment plan, especially since we had been going through infertility treatments through my OBGYN office. She very patiently explained that we could continue with another IUI Cycle with a different medication protocol with her but she recommends going right to IVF. I was so nervous to go to IVF. Dr. Reid and my case manager, Liz, along with Nazia and Julie have been tremendous; everyone has been - Dr. Wachs for one procedure and Dr. Weckstein for another. Everyone was patient, empathetic, answered every question we had. Infertility takes a toll - emotionally, physically, spiritually on you --- youre trying to be very specific with medications, blood tests, scans, etc. and yet at the end of the day everyones body is different and you dont know what exactly will happen even though you are doing everything you can. Dr. Reid and team were instrumental in our journey. Thank you RSC.

This is our second time around with reproductive science center and we absolutely could not be more pleased with our experiences! Every single person that we have come into contact with has been absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for everything you all do in making our family dreams come true!

Dr. Reid is an amazing and caring doctor and I feel very blessed to have her as my doctor.

This place may provide a good ivf service(by other reviews )but definitely not a good “treatment ” I had made a consultation with Dr. Ramya, she just marketed me to do an ivf saying it’s not possible to conceive naturally other than an ivf treatment.

I love Dr Reid! The rest of the staff was super nice as well!

Very helpful staff and modern clean offiice. Dr Reid is the best. I had an excellent experience with RSC.

When I arrived the office was hard to find there’s no sign outside building. But when I finally found the office everyone was so kind and nice. I felt very informed and the process and happy when I left.

Love this office and love working with Dr Reid, shes super friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Reid and her nurse are awesome.. they are the best dr I ever met..they change our life.

New location is great plus it has a fantastic team working there very helpful.
