My experience at West Coast Mens Health has been remarkable. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The techs Ive worked with, especially Jonathan have been open, understanding and friendly. They are very intrested in providing premium care for the best possible results. I am very satisfied with the improvements to my health and well being. I would recommend them as a possible solution to issues others may be experiencing.

I had built up a high level of cholesterol over a number of years and this, in turn, severely reduced my blood flow to my reproductive area. West Coast Mens Health, their knowledgeable and informative staff (Nathan and others) and their acoustic wave treatments, have cleared out much of the blockages. I am now able to enjoy life again.

I came to West Coast Mens Health after several years of no sexual relations with my wife because of ED. After hearing their commercials on the radio and doing some research online to see what acoustic wave treatment was all about, I made an appointment to get more information. I filled out a medical information form about my ED. The staff reviewed the info sheet and answered my questions. Im sure the staff was aware of my uneasiness and were very careful to to ease my nervousness. After a sonogram, they determined I had no perceptible blood flow on the right side of my groin. The end result was I met the criteria for the program. After talking to the doctor about the specifics of the treatment process, I signed up for the program, and had my first treatment on the same day.West Coast Mens Health is an extremely professional organization from the office staff to the medical professionals performing this truly effective treatment to help me and the hundreds of other patients who have been treated for ED through this program. For me the most important part of the program is the medical technicians who perform the treatments. Nathan, my primary technician, was outstanding in his professional and personal knowledge, skills, and ability to to make me feel comfortable in what can be an awkward situation. He calmed my nerves and explained every step in the treatments. I highly recommend him and the other medical technicians to anyone seeking to solve their ED or impotence problems.

This has been a positive experience. I have been to three West Coast Mens Health offices, and all are completely professional. My main service center is Walnut Creek and Jaylen readily inquires on progress and potential to improve expectations with concern and attention. He also works to set appointments to accommodate your schedule, and schedules out to make appointments easy to manage. This has been a right decision for me.

My personal experience at West Coast Mens Health, San Mateo has been great. My Technician, James N. is very professional and caring every time I come in for treatment. We have discussions about how I feel about my progress and my current level of satisfaction.

The clinic is clean, run professionally, and all the technicians are helpful and proficient. I worked with James quite frequently and would especially recommend him. The treatments have not been, unfortunately, highly effective for me as yet and the clinic does not offer any significant additional medical support when this occurs. It was slow in putting me in touch with their doctor and he had nothing of substance to offer when I finally talked with him.

Im almost finished with my prescribed 18 treatments and definitely have seen positive results. I did not want to take pills so went this route and it has paid off so far. My most of the time technician, Wilson, has been great. He is engaging and truly cares about my results. All of the staff here in San Mateo are friendly and professional.For me, the treatment has been worth the cost.

I must say that I was a bit skeptical about the success rate that West Coast Mens Health touted in their radio ads. But, I decided to give them a try anyway and visited their San Francisco, CA office. St my first visit I was I was very impressed with the professional demeanor of the staff. I felt very comfortable and that was a plus for me.During the course of my therapy, I was treated by several technicians. All were great, but I was treated more often by Nathan. I really did appreciate his concern about my progress throughout the treatment period.After about the sixth or seventh treatment, I began to feel the success of the therapy. To my surprise, I was awakening some mornings feeling as if I was thirty years younger.. Needless to say, my skepticism about wave therapy was fast eroding. I am now very happy with my progress and I feel very confident in providing recommendation to try West Coast Mens Health. Their success rate is real.

I recently began treatments at West Coast Men’s Health hoping to avoid more invasive medical procedures to correct my Peyronie’s-induced ED. I honestly was skeptical that acoustic wave therapy was going to help me. But, a dozen treatments in, I’ve observed meaningful improvement in scar tissue relaxation and blood flow. I’m not 100% of the way back (and may never be, honestly). But, the treatments have certainly restored function and my confidence along with it (so long ED meds). This result would have never been possible without the supportive and compassionate staff at West Coast Men’s Health’s San Mateo office. They are very skilled at putting you at ease and making what would otherwise be an off-putting experience seem like an ordinary doctor’s visit. My thanks especially to Nathan, the technician who has administered most of my treatments, for his straightforward bedside manner!
