Save your time go to another urgent care. This place is a joke. Walk in at 12:55 pm. Had to check in with a online reception and scan my own ID and insurance card even tho there is 2 people behind the desk! There is complications with this and the online receptionist has such a heavy accent I have a hard time understanding her and she has trouble understanding me. Never before have I encountered this! This urgent care must be cheap as they are obviously out sourcing an employee....and WHY there is 2 employees behind the desk! Uncomfortable, akward and frustrating. After I finish that, the live person behind the desks asks me if I would like to go get lunch. Um what!? I say UH NO. She says well they are going to lunch and wont be back till 2pm. I said to her why didnt you tell me this before letting me check in?. Unprofessional to say the least. There is no lunch hours listed on Google maps or their website. This place is garbage. I went 7 minutes down the street to Cleveland clinic urgent care.
I dont see where all the negative reviews are coming from. I had a very pleasant visit. Cassandra, and the rest of the staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks for a lovely experience. I hope I never have to return, but if I do it would be here!!!
My experience was great! The sign in process was easy and quick. I didnt wait super long before being seen; it was quick. Doctor Rin Sam is amazing! Hes calm and doesnt rush you. Thats something I really appreciate! I left feeling that I was not only taken care of but they took time to care for me.
I am enraged about the treatment I received here. I cannot believe they’re allowed to provide care with such sub-standard practices. However, before I explain all of the bad I’d like to talk about the good. Shout out to Erica—she’s a gem and the MVP. Only because of her attention to detail was I able to walk out of here with the medication to treat the infection I presented for, had the classic symptoms of, and specifically asked the provider about — and was told by the provider I didn’t have. Erica advocated for me that they retest my urine sample. She made sure the recommended timing guidelines were followed before documenting the results and come to find out I do have that infection and two to three of the results that were initially negative — actually were positive. Erica, you’re a star, I hope your employer knows how valuable you are.The bad:When I came in a woman was literally sleeping behind the desk with her back to me. After a few minutes of pulling my ID and insurance card out she startled, glanced at me and said someone would be coming. When the woman checking me in (not the first person) asked me to provide a urine sample she pulled out a cup but no sanitizing wipes. Labs normally ask that you sanitize around the urethra so no abnormal results are thrown by outside bacteria. I had to ask the medical professional if I could have some before they were provided. While my vitals were being taken I was not asked about my LMP or if I could possibly be pregnant. (I was asked that as I was in the lobby leaving the facility.)When I was placed in the room I noticed the paper on the table had not been changed. See picture, it’s faint but that’s definitely a light butt print. Wrinkles in paper like that do not come from putting out fresh paper. When the actual provider came into the room they didn’t introduce themself. They wore no badge and no identification. I didn’t know if I was talking to an LPN, RN, NP, PA, MD, or someone who just walked in the room by accident. As we talked about my symptoms and they showed me the results, I found I was having to repeat myself in the conversation because I wasn’t being listened too. Finally before they did a GYN exam as my UA at that point was considered Negative for an infection, I finally asked the provider to tell me her name before they got a look at the goods. Erica, had just entered the room at that point and introduced herself as well. This was truly the most discomforting experience I could’ve imagined. Some person whose name I don’t know, whose credentials I’m not sure of, is asking to perform a medical exam on me in a very sensitive part and has not bothered to introduce themselves in any way shape or form. Also in most states, though I’ll be honest I’m not familiar with Ohio’s regulation on this, providers have to wear identification. Why is NO ONE in this facility wearing identification? The provider came in and out of the room several times but did not wash or sanitize her hands as they switched between me and I assume other patient rooms each time. Hands were washed, just not each time, to be clear. It’s not like we’re in an endemic…After it’s all said and done and I’m leaving the room, I see Erica, and the provider. They asked me to wait. The provider walked away and I asked Erica what was happening and she said that they were retesting my urine sample. She mentioned that some of the employees don’t wait long enough per the manufacturer’s guidelines for the results to come back correctly. Low and behold, when the dipstick UA came back this time I have the infection that I suspected was present and brought me here in the first place.I came here, instead of going to one of the three urgent care centers closer to me because the reviews were great. I’m incredibly disappointed and genuinely concerned about what would have happened with my infection had Erica not advocated for me when the care was negligent.Edit to add: I was never asked to sign HIPAA paperwork or other PHI related docs. Even on the portal I was never able to log in and sign anything.
Tried to use their app to start a virtual visit. Waited two full hours, nothing happened. I called the place to ask what was up, and the receptionist said There probably isnt anyone doing them right now. She was nice, no issue with her, its just the fact that I wasted two full hours of my day waiting just to learn that I wasnt going to be seen in the first place. The last time I tried to go here they were closed due to short staffing. The clinic is always unavailable for one reason or another.
I came here two days before Christmas to get a Covid test, and the team went above and beyond for me. Thank you to Pam Sam and Racheal for both being attentive and effective, and also very kind on the phone. I did have to wait in a line in the morning so that I could schedule an appointment, but given the quantity of people that need a test, it seems to me to be the best alternative for making sure that people can get an appointment. I would advise that you dress accordingly if you need to wait in line.
After my first few visits, I was convinced that this urgent care was perhaps the most unorganized and subpar to medical standards. However, with my recent visit, I believe they have taken a step in the right direction. Apart from a virtual receptionist who is obviously outsourced from some far away land, the nurses and doctors were very professional, addressed my concerns right away and proper steps were taken. Way to step it up, urgent care!
I do not know how this place is in business. Over the years, there have been maybe two individuals that work there the same as though they are really in the medical field to help people. Constantly giving excuses why they’re closing early or taking a three hour lunch. Every time a member of my family tries to go there. They are turned away for some reason. That is not the way that the medical field is supposed to work. I don’t know why any of the individuals working there even choose to be in this field if they’re not willing to help people.
Im not one to usually leave reviews, but the care I received here was borderline dangerous.I went in to this location at opening, as I had been dealing with flu-like symptoms for several days, and I had been running a high fever that hadnt broken for 5 days. I let them know that I was concerned that I might have pneumonia.Reception didnt acknowledge me at all when I came in or anything, which was kind of weird, but whatever. Competency is more important than compassion to me. The person at reception clearly had not been properly trained to take vitals. She didnt line up the blood pressure cuff correctly and just gave up on getting a reading, and she insisted that my temperature was 95. I had to insist that she retake the temperature sublingually, which of course, showed my fever. The PA listened to my lungs for a second, said they sounded good, that the severe coughing was fine, and was not concerned by the fever not breaking. He prescribed an antibiotic and a cough syrup, and didnt do any diagnostic testing or x rays of my chest or anything, and sent me home. I few hours later, I took myself to the ER and was promptly diagnosed with pneumonia and admitted to the hospital (where I still am). The staff at the ER thought it was insane that they didnt do anything or any testing when I told them how long the fever had been going on with out breaking.I am so fortunate that I trusted my gut instead of the medical advice that I received here.
We have been coming here since this clinic opened for sick visits. Much easier than scheduling with our PCP’s! You are in and out quickly without an appointment most times. The staff is super friendly, working quickly and efficiently to deliver care and prescribe medication if needed.
Normally theyd get a five-star rating from me.. been going there for years without incident I even take my daughter thereBut ..I had a very harsh experience with the front desk... Never in my life have I experienced such trash in the medical facility.. while in respiratory distress to boot!!I have spoken to admin about her and Im not letting this go !! Some people should not be allowed to work front desk at a medical facility.. unbelievable
The nurse practitioners are nice and have helped tremendously, however the front desk staff and the assistant nurse or whoever she is, are quiet and not the friendliest. I have fluid in my ear, I cannot hear you. And she just walks away from us instead of saying Follow me to room 1 please or The doctor will be in shortly. I wasnt tested for the flu which I think I should have been as well. Now Im here with my son and its just poor staff quality in general.
Don’t bother going here. Showed up on 12/29 with an injury from a dog bite that was bleeding at 7:50pm because they are open till 8pm and was told they couldn’t see me. The women at the front desk told us the reason was because the doctor went home which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. They should be sued for medical malpractice for refusing to see a patient during their business hours.
I don’t know why there are so many one star reviews. I thought it was fast and I was seen right away. The front desk staff was cordial but I don’t really look for overenthusiastic and kind when I feel sick. I don’t really care about that. So I’m not sure why so many reviews include info about the front desk, who cares. The nurse who saw me was very helpful and was very good at her job. I was in and out, prescription ordered no problem. The entire place was very clean, and everyone was continually sanitizing everything while I was being seen.I’ll definitely be back! And for everyone giving the one star reviews, maybe think of how you would feel in the healthcare world right now. They’re tired. And if you can be kind to them, do it.
Wonderful experience here. Carol at the front was very kind when I came in experience ear pain and the physician that saw me, Sam Rin, was very accommodating and spent quite a while helping me until my problem was solved. Seriously appreciate both of them and will be back for any future urgent care needs!!!
I went there for a strep test for my 5 year old on 5/21/23 and walked into an ongoing domestic situation - the nurse practitioner was attempting to reach her son on her cell phone and was making the receptionist call him on the company front desk phone and he was clearly screening her calls. When she finally did get ahold on him, the nurse practitioner was screaming at him on the phone about how she had a broken ankle (she didn’t) and needed him to leave where he was, come get her, drive her car, etc. When he hung up on her (because she’s clearly unstable), she was screaming to the receptionist about how she is calling the police, etc. It was incredibly inappropriate. The entire time, she was right in the front desk area. My 5 and 6 year olds were staring at her and clearly upset by the loud and disturbing situation. I am not exaggerating when I say she was screaming INSIDE the building for 15 minutes. I am shocked that she is employed by this urgent care. We had been many times for service over the years and will never be back.
IF YOU DONT FEEL GOOD DONT GO THIS PLACE THEY LET YOU DIE. I went to this place with my husband and he has bronquitis the lady at the front desk was rude and she only say she was about to close and she’s leaving at 8 so they did everything fast and the doctor didn’t take care of my husband properly. He say I go to order some medicines go to Walgreens to pick up we was curious about if the pharmacy was open and they say we don’t care and they say go and figure it out. Anyway we went to the pharmacy and they don’t have any prescriptions for us. It’s just crazy this place sucks.
Doctor Sam Rin and Daliah got me in and out so quick and without any issues! They were very polite and positive when I wasn’t feeling my best. I highly recommend!
I’ve never felt so disrespected and dismissed by a receptionist (Kanani). I made my appointment on the app around 5pm and got there as quickly as I could because I noticed they closed at 6. I got there at 5:26 and the receptionist rolled her eyes at me and told me they were no longer seeing patients after 5. I tried to explain that I made an appointment using the app and it said nothing about no longer seeing patients. When I went to show her the confirmed appointment, she refused to look and told me to sit down. I asked if I could have her name. She ignored me and refused to answer, rolling her eyes again. When I asked again she told me I could get it from someone in the back. Upon asking someone in the back they were very reluctant to give it to me. Kanani should be ashamed of herself for her treatment of patients in need. Her concern was getting out before they close not that of the patients. Mind you, not a single person was there to be seen but me. I question her statement that they stop seeing patients at 5 despite being open til 6 and having the app allow appointments to be made. Stay far away from this urgent care. The one in Avon is MUCH more accommodating.
The receptionist was absolutely terrible, rude and unhelpful. Ive never been in a clinic and taken my documents back and walked out so frustrated with only about a half an hour before everything else closes besides the hospital to receive treatment. I all but begged for care and really needed paperwork because I missed work today and they were completely unsympathetic more worried about going home then assisting a person in need. Avoid this place because within five square miles are five other options. Dont waste your time here
Nurse Erika was welcoming, attentive & kind. Dr. Sam Rin was also great! He took the time to listen to me, addressed my concerns & questions and was thorough. I felt cared for here.Thank you Dr. Rin & Erika! I appreciate you.
I always come here over my primary care doctor. Not only is everyone very kind but they get you in and out and on your way. There’s not an ailment they don’t treat. Once I tried to see my pcp for my daughter, we suspected strep and they refused to see her let alone treat her bc of Covid. We promptly left and came here where we were seen in under an hour with no wait, turns out it was not strep but they put our minds at ease nonetheless with smiles on their faces. Love this place!
The beautiful and compassionate Kristin and Nadia were efficient at diagnosing and treating me. My entire experience was quick, but was relieved to know whats going on with my health. I will 100% be using this specific facility and its excellent staff, again. Seriously, though, as a stubborn guy, I didnt want to go in, but I should have gone 3 days earlier. Great work, and thanks again.Dan
This place is the worst. I had never been before and went here to be seen for my bronchitis. First of all they require a mask which is fine and normal for health facilities but they don’t have any masks to give to the patients? When I asked for a mask I was told I had to go buy one myself which is not something I should have to do. Luckily I found a mask in my car, I went back in and they said they needed my ID and insurance card and I didn’t have my insurance card so they told me I couldn’t be seen… I left extremely frustrated. I went to another urgent care five minutes away under the same company as this one and they looked up my insurance card immediately with no problem. I’m not sure who’s running this place but I won’t be back, thanks for nothing.
Professional, friendly, and welcoming. I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. Ive gone twice now, and have been blown away with their service. I honestly wish I could have Dr. Nadia as my Primary Doctor. My second trip in I saw Dr. Sam. He was fantastic as well and saw me quickly, and was able to provide the help I needed after suffering from an Asthma attack. Going to any doctor is rarely a great experience, but going to the right ones goes a long ways when you are in need of medical assistance.
I walked in right as they were going to lock the door (I know, I was THAT person) and they took me and treated me with good humor, efficiency, and care. This was my first time at an urgent care and Ive heard such negative interactions that I was expecting the worse. The facility was clean and Nadih and Melissa knew exactly what needed to be done; I was out of there within 20 minutes, and one week later I feel so much better. I cant say enough kind things about my visit.
Super fast, super friendly, super respectful. I called them a couple of times asking about different things and they were nice and patient each time. They honored the appointment time and we were in within minutes. My baby slept through her covid test. They were gentle and kind. We had a horrible experience with the urgent care in parmatown a month prior and these people were everything parmatown isn’t. Quick, efficient and kind! 10/10
I am battling a nasty bug at the moment. Dr. Nadia is absolutely the most humble, caring, attentive Dr Ive ever had besides my primary Dr. I was nervous about going in. But she put my worries to rest. I was seen within 10 min and she spent about 45 with me making sure I was ok. And putting my worries at ease. She even called me on her day off to check on me. I highly recommend this location. They treat you like family! It is very rare to feel comfortable going into a urgent care. Not only did I feel comfortable, but I left feeling very well taken care of. And I felt listened to! She took the time to listen, and address my concerns. That is a rare feeling. The nurse also was very very nice and took the time to make sure I was ok. I felt like she really wanted me to feel better. The compassion they showed me was amazing. Thank you!
I took my daughter to Fairview urgent care last month. She had fallen and hurt her wrist so they x-rayed it sent it to radiology ,took about an hour for the results came back no break just sprained. So they sent her home with a brace that barely fit her it just told us to ice it.Now I know a better never to go back there.I know sprains from experience can take a while to heal sometimes ,but it was really bothering her still. So I took to University Hospital’s orthopedics Today they did another x-ray and found out there was definitely a break.Thankfully she’s healing fine but the doctor told me there should’ve been a cast on it right away but since it’s been about a month And it’s healing OK they decided just to give her a good brace that fits And she has to go to occupational therapy..I just don’t know how any “competent” place can miss a break!!! definitely the last time we go there for anything .How incompetent and unprofessional.I seriously just can’t believe it.
This used to be a great place, excellent staff & professional, not any longer!I stopped in, mind you a huge sign on the window advertises no appointment needed and walk ins welcome. There is a sign that masks are required, I had one on but the very unprofessional blonde girl behind the counter didnt. She was dressed in a hoody and very unkempt looking. She rudely asked me why I was there, I said wanted to be checked out, she asked me if I had an appointment and proceeded to try and hand me directions from a stack of papers to sign up for an app to make an appointment. I said I would go elsewhere. I noticed how filthy the lobby was, not a soul there, dirty mop and dirty water. I went to a CVS minute clinic what a huge difference, very well run .This place will surely be out of business soon!
The staff of Carol and Candy are great. Very little wait time and very pleasant and super helpful. Both times i have been there my personal Doctor was not in and they treated me like i have been a patient for years. The diagnosis ability bowled me over, i had not idea what was wrong, but Candy figured it out in no time. I would and will recommend this facility to everyone. Carol was unreal and put me at ease. Thank you Carol and Candy for your compassion, professionalism and and getting to and treating the issue.Bill Iwamoto
During the COVID-19 pandemic we can all expect to wait in long lines to get tested for covid. I had to get tested twice and both times this location has extremely friendly staff and an efficient line management system in place. By letting people sign up for a time slot and calling when it is your turn, nobody had to wait outside for very long with the exception of the early crowd lined up before open hours.Adenike (the nurse practitioner who took care of me) was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to contact me so I would not miss my appointment. Just from my brief interaction with her I can tell that she is passionate about her job. This is now my go-to urgent care because the staff is so great!
We have been so grateful that they’re open a lot when others aren’t on Sunday. But they say they’re open till six, and they let nobody in after 5:15, even if there’s only one other person in the waiting room. You can rush like crazy to get there ; but it does not matter to them. Huge disappointment! So they need to change their time , and do not say they’re open till six; because they really are not.
The negative review here is false. This is a great facility, ran beautifully. I went in with an infection and I was sent to the hospital. The staff at Urgent care was so concerned about my well-being that they called me later on to check on me, and make sure I got proper treatment. This place is a real asset to our community. Thank you to all staff and management.
Carol and Sam provided excellent service. My check in was fast and Sam asked lots of questions before diagnosing. Then explained possible side effects of the medication he prescribed so I knew the signs in the event they would occur. My prescription was called in so quickly I received a notification that it was ready before I got to the pharmacy. All members of my family have been there and will be back for sure.
Edit to add: my review is very similar to those below and it looks like the 5 star ratings are all related and fake. they dont give actual details. Stay away from here. This was the worst experience - I arrived to the WALK IN URGENT CARE location at Fairview at 530- they closed at 6pm. I was in tremendous pain. The blonde girl at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude, she didnt have a mask on and wasnt professional looking at all and she snarled at me and rolled her eyes. She said they stopped taking patients 30 minutes before and that I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT. I said what? It says Walk In, thats the name of this company. And she said we changed it. Well it says that nowhere on the website. She was so rude and I am so confused why 1. they stop seeing people 30 minutes before they close and 2. WHY IS IT CALLED WALK IN URGENT CARE AND THEY DONT ACCEPT WALK INS. I tried to call the customer number on the website and was routed to a outsourced call center. This is trash and doesnt need to be here.
I took my son in for a physical this morning. The secretary was friendly and efficient. The doctor was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kind. When we left, my son commented, that doctor was great! I am so glad we now have an Urgent Care in Fairview Park that in my opinion is superior to both North Olmsted and Rocky River. I would highly recommend this business.
I walked in at 5:52p and they closed at 6p. I was unaware they took the last patient at 5:30p, but I explained that I thought my son had strep and asked if they’d swab him. Even though it was 22 minutes after the last patient should be seen, they saw my son without any troubles. The staff was so nice and the facility was clean. We’ll be back (but hopefully not for awhile! Ha!).
This urgent care was very good, a couple days ago I had an infection and swelling, got there, filled out the paperwork, and was seen immediately. The receptionist was super nice, and the attendant who saw me was very caring and professional, prescribed the right medication for me, and now a couple days later Im doin great! Id recommend this urgent care for anyone whos having a minor medical emergency, theyre great
What a joke.Would not see my 2 year old daughter because we did not have a mask. Was told I’d have to go buy one at target.Told the lady (who was nose deep in her cell phone) I couldn’t be wheeling my daughter in and out of stores as my daughter just popped her leg out of socket, her response ….“We ain’t got X-ray”What a pathetic excuse for a medical facility…Took my daughter two miles down the road to UH in Westlake and had a TOP NOTCH visit.Drive the 7 minutes there!!!!!Caring, informative and fantastic staff all away around!
After injuring my hand in a way that medical attention was urgently needed-but not enough harm done to go to the ER I went here. I cannot state just how wonderfully I was treated by both the nurse and doctor here despite walking in minutes before they stopped accepting patients for the night. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They got me fixed up and on my way.
Genuinely the worst UrgentCare experience I have ever had. The people here barely even acknowledge you when you walk in and expect you to know what to do. Once “checked in” I waited for 2 and a half hours in my car to get tested for COVID. Once they finally called me in they tested me in a hallway not even a physical room. I could go on and if I could leave a less than one star rating I would. Do not go to this urgent care you are better off going almost anywhere else. I don’t even know if these people are registered health care workers.
I went to this urgent care tonight around 5:30 pm and I was told they could not see me because I didn’t not have my insurance card. I asked her if she could look up my insurance through my social and she said no!She then said they could accept 90.00 for co pay! Isn’t illegal to refuse treatment ?
Came in a few months ago and forgot to write a review. The service was so good I had to make sure i did it! I was seen by Jennifer Seegichetla for strep throat and she was just great !! I wish she could be my primary doctor. She was very kind, professional and welcoming. Since it was an urgent care I did not expect to get such great service but I did from the minute i walked in! I highly recommend this location!
I’ve come to this place before without any issues, but for some reason, today, they decided to act all weird. The hours on the door say that they’re supposed to be open today, I even put in the app that I was coming in today for a walk in appointment. I go up there and both doors are locked and the open sign is off and I tried calling numerous times and it went to voicemail each time. I came during a time that you guys are supposed to be open and the hours on your window said that you are open today during the hours I went. You guys didn’t at least have the decency to put up a sign explaining why you’re closed during the hours you’re supposed to be open and I find that extremely unfair and quite frankly inhumane. There’s people who are sick and you’re just gonna close off your facility with no explanation?? That’s disgusting. Do better. At least put up a sign.
I found their location on a National registry and spoke to somebody on a Friday about getting a time sensitive DOT physical and they told me to come in Saturday between 10 and three but not to come between one and two because of lunch. I show up at 11 AM and after waiting for 15 minutes Iam told that they don’t even do DOT physicals. They wasted my time and I had to cancel a job because I can’t find anywhere else to do it until Monday. The staff that I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional not knowing what they were talking about and wasting my precious time and cost me almost $1000
There is nothing urgent about this place at all.... Receptionist was typing with one finger and slow as dirt. They served 1 person in 1.5 hours. Doctor was rude and not accommodating. All patients were socializing and not even sick. I was stressing that the pharmacies were closing and i needed it to get my medicine and was urgently sick.....didnt care at all. I had no choice but too walk out. Never go here.
Hands down the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. Carol at the front desk was very sweet and thorough. My Nurse practitioner, Candy, was quick and knowledgeable. Very approachable Nd didnt talk down to me. 10/10
Traveled far to get here, terribly worried about my son. From the front desk to the nurse running triage , finishing with the Doctors exam, the visit went splendidly! I hope Carol, Britany, and Sam know how very pleased I was with their care! At this time, because of all of them, my son is finally feeling better! Thank you from my heart to yours!
Convenient, professional and caring, although the staff had probably seen 12,000 patients prior to us arriving that day. we felt as if we were their only patients. Ashley, Pam and Rachel are tirelessly working to assist our area with the spread of the COVID-19 virus, offering no appointment testing and quick turnaround of results. Ashley explained the current guidelines of the CDC with regards to our specific situation, hats off to you all!
Would give 0 stars if possible. Wasted 2 days trying to get in here for a covid test because every pharmacy is booked. Clearly these people dont know how to handle their business efficiently. Must get here by 6:45- 7 am to secure one of their apparently extremely limited covid tests. Website says no appointment necessary. False. You wait in line at 7 am with dozens of others hoping to get inside to book an appointment, to then have to come back later during whatever window they give you ( 2pm-3pm, 4pm-5pm etc.) only to be told when you come back for the actual appointment that theyre charging 150ish dollars for the rapid test for those without insurance. Its nearly impossible to get any staff on the phone when you do have questions. The website is misleading and lacking in important pertinent information for those seeking covid testing at this facility. Maybe update your page? Any of that information could have been shared with me verbally or in writing when I came to schedule my appointment in person. Im sure Im not the only person this has happened to given the current state of everything so its probably safe to say theyve heard this before and still cant get it together. Ive wasted so much time and gas driving out here for this disappointing sham of an urgent care clinic only to be faced with incompetence. All could have been avoided.
I was suffering from chronic coughing for 3 days.my chest heavily congested and frankly worried. I am new in town and not established a medical provider. So I choose the closest to me. What a blessing! This was it.Greeted immediately by Kayla, who was pleasant and professional. The basic paper work, waited 30 minutes then escorted to an examine room, the place was spotless, Kayla returned to do my vitals, she was sweet & cheerful I began to feel at ease.I waited a few minutes for the doctor, Nadia walked in the room greeted us, first thing she did was, make me feel comfortable, not rushed . After I explained my symptoms she examined me. She reassured me she take care of this. First thing . Put me on nebulizer after the treatment I was already feeling a bit better. Nadia then forwarded my prescriptions to my nearest pharmacy and provide a discount card. Awesome team Kayla and Nadia. Thank you.
The staff were 1st Class with an overwhelming amount of cases for testing they remained cool, and Professionnel with sensitivity they deserve a tribute for their frontline care. As patients we go home after testing but they continue to work through the continuous flow. “Well done” to the entire staff👍❤️
My husband thought he had strep-throat yesterday. We went in to visit, and the ladies working there (Loula-Ma and Nadia-Prov.), were AMAZING! They were so sweet, so kind, so helpful, so welcoming. It was so refreshing. They diagnosed him within 10 mins! And our prescription was ready in 30 mins. We honestly rather come here than go to a normal doctors office. We will DEFINITELY return if we get sick again. We HIGHLY recommend this Walk In Urgent Care.
Wonderful Service and I thank Naveen Khan, PA Carol, MA for helping me to get back on the road to recovery from my cold. She is very personable and sincerely helpful with questions and advice. I also have had great experiences with other medical staff here at the Rocky River urgent care and feel my needs matter here. Thanks again for being there for me and my health matters! Happy New Year!
Kristen has the worst bed side manner! Not very friendly. Gave me cream for my face that made it worse!! When I said I would probably need a antibiotic. Had to go back to get a antibiotic. I’ve been there before and have always had a good experience. From now on I will check to see who is there before I go back.
Friendly staff. Dr. Nadia is excellent. I went in because of cough and congestion and Dr. Nadia said I have pneumonia. Gave me a breathing treatment and a prescription for an antibiotic. Wait was a tad longer than I would have liked but not too long. So much better than the urgent care on Detroit in Rocky River. One of the most caring doctors I have ever seen.
Im conflicted here the Dr was great and relational but I specifically asked the lady at the front desk who I wont name if they can diagnosis and treat the flu which she said yes. Well the first response from the dr is that he cant do the rapid test because they dont have it so he cant diagnose it. If I was told that when I asked I wouldnt have stayed. So now I get charged full price because he couldnt guarantee it so he struggled with medicine and then I in turn struggle if I take it out not. Not sure I can recommend. Dr was nice but felt they were slow so they said yes.
My daughter hurt her foot at school. I came in because my husband suggested them, how fast and theyd have an X-ray, etc. Well there was no one at the front desk. Multiple people came in after us and we all stood around and no one came to see if anyone was waiting. Finally we knocked on the door and were told someone would be with us shortly. Took another half hour to check everyone in and finally go back. There was no X-ray tech on that day so we were sent to another place for an X-ray. Was told wed be called that night or when they opened in the morning with results since theyd be sent to them. Drive. Wait some more. Get an X-ray. Go home. Now its the next day, well past opening, no call, no one is answering the phone. No idea if my kid has a broken bone or something. May just show up and ask since we need to go out anyways. Im sure it wasnt the staffs fault for the wait and no tech and the ladies on that night were very nice. But come on.... wont be back.
Website hours posted state facility is open until 8 on weekdays. Staff refused to do a strep test on my daughter at 7:45 because it was past 7:30. Nurse at the front desk was very rude and oddly seemed to take pleasure at turning me and my sick daughter away. Why did you become a nurse????? Additionally, it should be clearly stated on the website and google search that they do not see patients after 7:30.
Why I have received 50 random Covid tests addressed to everyone in my family over the last 3 months from this place?
While front desk person who also took my vitals was friendly and professional, the doctor did not seem to understand my concerns and did not address them. I explained than cut to thumb was infected, He did not examine my thumb but only rinsed it with saline and wrapped in gauze which promptly fell off because of poor bandaging. I had another issue, test was done, which would be complete in 48 hours. I got a call a week later, ironically while I was seeing my PCP for treatment of infected thumb and treatment for other infection, in which I was told was negative.Never again!
My visit was super quick did not take me an hour to be all done. The staff and Dr.Samrin, erica where is super welcoming. Definitely recommend it!
Inquired if they accepted walk ins. She was super friendly and mentioned as long as you pre register in the app which is some basic information about yourself. I luckily had the app and she was able to check me In as a walk-in without an appointment. Quick and friendly staff.
I had an awesome experience here. Went to the other urgent care in Rocky River wasnt treated correctly. Dr and staff friendly accommodating and made me feel very welcome and my well being important. Definitely recommend.
I went here with an infection and fever. I saw Sam Rin. He was extremely thorough and courteous. Made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared. Staff was friendly, and i had no wait time. I do not have insurance and the cost to see someone was relatively cheap. I also got my meds for around 10 bucks. Would recomend this place to anyone
If I could give them a zero star I would. If you are a non-COVID patient, they have no set procedures of separating potentially COVID positive patients and patients there for other reasons in their waiting room. I was in the waiting room with a guy for a few minutes who was told he was COVID positive in the waiting room. They say that they do not allow more than 2 people in the waiting room but do not enforce it when that guideline is broken. A nurse repeatedly lowered her mask in front of me to talk and eat candy at the front desk. Additionally, there was a worker (not sure if they were a nurse practitioner or physician) who was wearing a white coat WITH A FOOD STAIN on it. I am never going back here again and I dont think anyone who isnt getting a COVID test should either because you are putting yourself as risk. Unprofessional staff and are not organized. There are MUCH better urgent cares in the area.
This was the first time that I had visited this location. They were very helpful and kind, they got us in right away, we were out the door in 30 minutes. I will definitely go back again. They took great care of my Daughter. Nadia the PA & Melissa- MA were absolutely Wonderful.I highly recommend this location.
Fast service, friendly and caring staff (Carol and PA Sam were professional and courteous), and a clean, bright facility. I chose this place for its reviews, and it paid off. I had no wait on a Wednesday afternoon around 5, got a strep swab, and left in no time. They opened up a few months ago, Im glad its now available as an option.
Ghetto! I walked in at 7:50 not knowing what time it was and she says. We about to close we are leaving for the night and roles her eyes!!! Never again. Trashy trashy trash working the front desk right now! Find better help. The girl with the blonde hair working the check in window needs to be replaced asap!
I had a great experience yesterday. I was experiencing headaches, nausea, dizziness and had a fever. My main doctor told me to see a eye doctor. The doctor that helped me noticed I had a severe ear infection and has addressed it accordingly with the proper medication. Very greatful highly recommended
On 10/22 I was told I needed to get a covid test from my HR dept before I could come back home to Mass.. I came in past the time of the covid testing but the girls Ashley, Jessie and Rachel were extremely kind and got me in anyway. I highly recommend this facility as the customer service was superb! Thanks again for the hospitality!
Rachel, Pam and Alemke were the best. They were patient and detailed. Gave advice to our family for Covid issues and explained the different wait periods for exposure vs symptoms. Good people working in tough times.
I came in with immense pain and the staff was very kind and patient with me. The facility was also clean and sanitized. They got me in and out relatively quick and helped me thoroughly.
Showed up for a covid test at 7:20 and was told to sign in on the app. After 12 minutes trying to get it to work I called in and they told me nope, we stop seeing patients at 730. 2 minutes after and they wouldn’t see me because “we have to clean up so we can get out of here on time”. I said I was outside for 10 minutes I would have come in but out of respect for the chance I have covid, I waited in my car. She said I don’t know why you would do that. Are you kidding me??
When I see on google ,it’s show no appointment required and also in this building shows no appointment needed, but it’s not true . Talk to front desks girl -say need appointment and give QR code paper and download apps :::: I going to try over there but she was Soo mine ,rud and say “Go on car and try “ what the heck????? Is it going on USA ??? Shock ——————This is unacceptable, we are paying medicate premium every single weeks
Took my daughter in for possible bladder infection. Doctor took samples for lab and gave a few day prescription for antibotics. After 2 weeks, no call on lab results. The doctor gave another prescription for a different antibiotic without having the lab results. Ive actually got the bill for the lab work and after 3 weeks still no lab results, apparently their fax machine is the reason for not getting the results. Nothing urgent about that. Be careful with this place. I would not make this my first stop for healthcare.
Everyone there is so friendly and amazing at what they do. From check in, to exam and check out. Dr. Nadia is so sweet, gentle and knowledgeable with my 1 year old I told her I wish she could be his primary pediatrician. I would %100 recommend going here
Covid tests are NOT DONE PROPERLY HERE!!they only swab the nostrils, they do not put the swab all the way in as required by the cdc for proper results! When questioned how they performed the test, I was told I was miss informed and the way they did it was properly done. I can only imagine how many positive covid-19 patients were told it was a negative
This place used to be great. Now awful. Theres nothing urgent about this place. Made me do a phone app. Turned down 3 people because they didnt have app. Made my appointment for hour and later not by choice. Got up early and came there because I couldnt be there later and Im sick. Lobby sat empty and little blonde young girl was rude. Forget this place!
Office staff were nice. Saw a PA, she did not introduce herself. Strep positive, put on med, 9 days later still sick. Going to primary Dr today. Will not return.
Used to be great as of summer 2021. I tried to call multiple days to see if it was still walk-ins as the website says it is and never picked up or called me back. Went in now and was told it was by appointment which is okay. Front desk was extremely rude and had to ask a question multiple times to get an answer while being cut off. Didnt even look at me.
Came in for a cold that just wouldnt go away. Doctor claimed I was beyond their ability to help and I had to go to the hospital. I asked for a note to give my employer, they acted like theyve never been asked this before. The note said I could go back to work the same day. So do you want me to go to the hospital or go back to work? Couldnt help me, couldnt write a note, but they still billed me. Dont waste your time, I will not go back.
Why did the nurse practitioner ignore symptoms!! I am furious. No pain relief for the infection ibuprofen doesn’t touch the pain. And I don’t think she did her job at all . Gave meds to prevent an infection but it’s already a Boyle now. The kid says it feels like a rock coming out of his skin. He hasn’t slept in days.
Terrible service. I went in there for my finger to be looked at because I had a cut. They literally looked at me and lobby told me that I didn’t need a stitch contact at the one in the lorain and they told me I needed a stitch terrible service. I do not recommend them.
I read the reviews before showing up to know what I was dealing with, and expected this to be a hit or miss experience. Definitely a miss. This place has to have the worst receptionist I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Nobody picked up the phone when I called all day. Never wasting my time going there again.
Tried to get a Covid test. They’re a walk in clinic. They don’t take appointments. Yet There’s nothing on the website or their phone message that says anything about arriving early to get an appointment for later in the day. I wasted time and energy and making myself sicker by venturing out in this awful weather. They don’t answer the phone their phone message is incomplete then they tell you to press zero for the operator and they don’t answer that phone either. They suck!
Very little wait and fantastic doctors and staff. Never go anywhere else. My regular doctor diagnosed me with a cold, got worse came here and they diagnosed me with sinus infection and ear infection, prescribed medication and was better in a couple days
What an excellent experience I had at this urgent care! The service was Efficient, clean and very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this Urgent care to anyone of my family or friends.
Have not had a bad wait myself or for anyone else that Ive known whos gone here. Have been prescribed medicine when Ive been sick. Quick and clean. Good hours too. Will be back.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. rude, uncaring staff that treats you like an inconvenience. do NOT go to this clinic, I feel like I would have been better off powering through my sickness than dealing with these rude people.
Today was the first time we were there and they automatically helped us and were concerned. We dealt with Nadia and Kristin who were very sweet and welcoming. Very fast results and diagnosis as well as treatment !
Doctor or whatever she was didnt seem to intelligent. Didnt speak well said a virus and infection were the same. Also the office was not sanitary someone elses blood was in the floor
The most awesome doctor and staff! Nadia is an angel and very knowledgeable and professional and caring. Took care of everything. This is now my primary health care for urgent medical attention.
NO WAIT! It was wonderful, took my sick 2 year old in this evening and we were in and out in 25 minutes! doctor and nurse were great. It was very clean and efficient!
Very little wait time; very helpful and courteous staff.Thorough questioning, diagnosis and prescription.Highly recommend this place. Thanks for your help.
Very friendly! I usually dread using an urgent care, but the experience at this one was great. The doctor was easy to talk to and efficient.
For some reason there is a person at the front desk but you can’t talk to that person, you talk to someone on a computer screen that you can barely hear , very impersonal and akward
The staff was so comforting. I showed up right before they closed and they still took their time with me and made sure I was comfortable. They were all very friendly and made me feel relieved and taken care of!
Volanda was amazing and took such good care of my daughter and I. She immediately put my daughter, who is terrified of doctors visits at ease. Thank you all for all you do!
I have 0 complaints. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you ladies.
There is nothing urgent about this place. They never answer the phone, the check-in receptionist took half an hour to even check us in....then another 10 minutes to figure out how to run a credit card. There was no one in the waiting room...yet, two hours later and were finally seen by the Dr.
Excellent! Professional staff, Dr Sam was great, as well the nurse. Clean, very short wait. Highly recommend. I selected this place based off of reviews, did not disappoint.
Went in to get a rapid test and they claimed my insurance was inactive and made me pay $150 for test! I was pretty sick and it came back negative. They just sent me on my way and didn’t even get me antibiotics or anything. Terrible service.
My family and I go here for Covid test and when we don’t feel good. Staff is great so friendly and helpful. Fast efficient service always
Been here 3 times and everytime no one is doing anything, doctors are chilling, and they always give some bs diagnosis. They really dont try to help.
After not a second of sleep from coughing all night long I got to this place at 730, 30 minutes before their opening time at 8am to be sure to get help ASAP. 820 now and no one in sight. A light and tv on inside but no answer of the phone ,doors locked and no people......
Very unprofessional stuff ,a long waiting time to see a doctor, I wont recommend it to visit.
This is my first time going to an Urgent Care and I must say Audrey and Candy were excellent staff members. They were so nice and helpful. Thank you!!!!
Had a very good experience with Sam Rin and Erica his receptionist. They were very good with my son!
Went in for a sore throat and even though they ask why I was there they did not bother to tell me until after seeing the doctor that they were out of strep tests. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic anyway. Drove to another urgent care to get a strep test done when I left there.
The desk staff was nice but the doctor didnt listen to what we were saying the problem was. Gave us four different diagnoses instead of seeing they were all related.. Completely incorrect with the diagnosis.
Despite being busy due to Covid & school sports physicals / Urgent Care got me in quickly to get a DOT physical/ Staff was fast friendly & efficient / Lisa Campbell APRN-CNP was amazing / highly recommend
2nd time at this facility...Staff always very nice and wait time is very good..highly recommend
This office has the most amazing staff. Caring but also fast and efficient! They are wonderful I would totally recommend this office to all my family and friends!
What a great urgent care! Such a great staff, was super quick and everyone was so kind! Thank you Urgent care Fairview for such a great experience, highly recommend!
They owe me a refund and it’s a hot mess. The service at the facility is fine but if anything goes wrong with your billing the way they handle it is extremely poor.
Nadia and Kayla are what everyone in the medical industry should be like. I will recommend this urgent care to anyone who asks me where to go in the Fairview/Rocky River area.
The receptionist was incredibly rude, unprofessional. I am amazed she has a job there. She is a horrible representative of an Urgent Care.
Walked in and was seen immediately. Very friendly and super efficient. The doctor called the next day to see how my husband was doing. Highly recommend!
Literally been standing at the front door since 8am it is now 8:15. Doors locked and no one answering the phone. Wednesday
Great experience. Spent no more than a half hour at my visit. Doctor was very kind
Took my high school daughter here for a sports physical. They were quick to get us in and out. Will definitely go back if necessary in the future.
Thank you Caroll and Naveen for making my visit very quick and comfortable! Everybody wore masks and gloves and i felt very safe during this covid outbreak
The staff was very kind and got me in at the last minute with no wait. Great experience! Thank you 🙏
Been in the waiting room for a sports physical for an hour and a half. Someone who came in for the same thing was called back before us. We are the last ones sitting here. I will gladly pay the extra money next time to go somewhere else
I get a fair amount of gashes and cuts as a machinist, they always do great job of stitching me up.
Every time i come here, they are so good to me. they listen to what is going on and never try to downplay or dismiss my symptoms.
Had to schedule on an app cool, but appointment was at 1:30 and they closed for lunch till 2 which messed up my schedule. Otherwise good service and quick
Ashley was a great help for my Covid issue. Gave me very informative information and helped clear up all my questions. Great group who work there.
My wife walked right in and got seen right away. They were very friendly gave her a prescription for her infection
My visit was so smooth the staff is amazing the nurse was great so caring and affectionate the receptionist was great as well I left feeling better already!!
Whats the point of being a walk in urgent care when you have to schedule an appointment! And they wont even let you wait in the building! Never going back here!
Arrived at 5:40 and I know that they say they close at 6 but they should probably say they close at 5:30 and not six. Waste of time when people are hurt and trying to avoid an unnecessary ED visit.
My experience at the facility was fine. I got right in and was seen by Nadia. Both Nadia and Melissa were helpful and friendly.
12/13/2021 - Front desk lady unwilling to help or answer questions. As a matter of fact she won’t even make eye contact with you!!!!! So rude over here run on the app and no one wants to talk to you.
Came at 8:30 in the morning to do a rapid covid test and they told me they couldn’t do it after I had friends walk in 10 min before me.... terrible service no excuse
Great facility, Awesome Staff, zero wait time! Such a friendly and welcoming facility! 10/10 Highly recommend to all family and friends!
I went for a Covid test and was able to get in and out. The provider and staff were very friendly and caring.
Ashley the nurse is very friendly. Service was great. Very quick service speed. Awesome experience!
Website is false. This is NOT a walk in. You must have an appointment. You need to come in the am , stand in a line then make an appt..... then you come back. And they call themselves a walk in urgent care !
Nadia was excellent got us in and out quickly! I think the paperwork took lonrhger than anything and even that was fast!
COVID TESTING : Is first come, first serve basis! Get there early 5-6 am!(( Nice clean facility and friendly staff ))
This site says no appointment required and thats not true. Change your your website so people who dont feel good dont waste their time going there.
Julie and Deanne were awesome and the service was great 👍!!
Came in for a Covid test, everyone was super helpful and made the process so much easier. Thanks for making an stressful time seem not so bad.
They took FOREVER! i was in there for a strep test and was one of two people in the urgent care. i was there for two hours because they forgot i was in the exam room. i will not be coming back here.
I highly recommend coming here. They were very friendly and informative. They thoroughly answered all my questions and I never felt rushed!
Front desk hung up on me after asking for their name because of how rude they were. super rude .
Website says closes at 8pm. Google says closes at 8pm. I arrive at 7:30pm. CLOSED.
Five Stars!! Staff was great. Kristina was attentive and knowledgeable!
Was very professional and fast. Quicker than any urgent care Ive visited.
Waited 3+ hours for a simple rapid Covid test. Would give zero stars if that was an option
Britany and the team admitted my COVID test right away, very thankful!
Went in thinking I had a broken ankle..Ended up with a broken leg.. Fast wait, x ray, diagnosis, and referral to ortho.. I reccommend
As of 12/26/21 you have to make an appt using the walk in urgent care app for all testing
Ended up waiting for too long in my opinion and then didnt get my problems actually addressed. Will not return.
They were wonderful! Professional, Caring and Genuine!
Nothing but helpful in dealing with the crazy amount of people there to get a COVID test. Very friendly and helpful!
Not sure how this place gets so many one star ratings, the staff was very friendly and the doctor was great.
Went to this place as it was the closest after getting 10 bee stings, I was turned away after the employee said they were at lunch!
Staff was very kind and understanding. Service was fast despite them being very busy.
Hours are never correct. Seems like they pick and choose when they want to be open. Not reliable
Great experience. Very professional staff. Liked the NP I saw was very much.
Very nice staff professional and helpful, in and out fast, I recommend this location for your family.
This is worst front desks lady in urgent care .rud girl. Never go please
Waited over 1.5 to be seen when there was nobody ahead of me I’ll be going to another urgent care from now on.
Saw Nadia The PA and she did a great a great job very professional and knowledgeable
The lady’s up front were really nice and it was quick
I had a great experience. Fast and good care!
Mine front desks girl- recommend never visit
Called regarding covid testing and was hung up onVery rude.
Great source for health care
Refuses patients 30 minutes before closing.
They were very helpful polite and nice!!!!
Usually not a long wait, very nice and professional staff
Great! Not a long wait with helpful/kind people! 👍🏻
I called 20 times and no answer, the whole staff is a joke
Friendly staff, didnt have to wait long.
Highly recommended! Great staff
Not a Walk In urgent care at all
Excellent experience - both times 😆
Great experience, great staff, great care!
Dr. Nadia is great!
Friendly help, quick service!
No wait, great staff!
Quick and friendly
Fast and friendly service.
Staff is rude and condescending!
This urgent care is fast, the staff is very friendly and I felt better in a short time
