Although the virtual check in was different I feel that it helped with the overall wait time. I was seen in great timing, the nurse was great and had the most positive attitude, waiting room was also very clean and updated. Highly recommend this urgent care

This place is truly the best urgent care Ive ever been to. Every time I go they take care of me fast, are so polite and kind, and happily answer any questions or address any concerns I have. Ingi was my PA today and I believe my nurses name was Melissa and they were both so awesome and took good care of me.

You do need to download the app, but once I did it was easy to input my insurance info & get a telehealth appointment within fifteen minutes. I told the nurse practitioner my symptoms, asked for a prescription for the med that’s worked before, & it was put in immediately. That’s the fastest I’ve ever had a paid medical professional listen to me & now I feel so so much better, & I can finally stand up & drink water! The whole thing cost me like ten bucks with insurance. Shout out to Ben & Kelly, who had a bit of a phone mixup but were so nice & helpful when it came to sorting out my prescription.

Billing is awful!! I was getting texts and calls but I wasn’t getting shown actual itemized bills. I had to request one by mail. I finally got it and the phone number did not have any representatives. I sent in a payment by mail and requested a receipt. Then I got a call my bill was unpaid! I had to email them a copy of their own receipt to prove I paid the bill! I will go to a different urgent care in the future!! Not worth the billing hassle!

Was seen quickly and received the care I needed. Ryan and Deanna were attentive and listened to my concerns. My first choice for future help. Thank you!

I am very upset regarding my visit. There is a foreign virtual medical assistant at the front desk on a video screen to check people in..i have never seen this anywhere before and there was a language barrier which i had to ask the person several times to repeat herself. I believe this is a HIPAA violation as well..i feel like my private info given over is not secure. Karen the nurse and the doctor were great. However, the virtual assistant concerned me and again was very hard to communicate with. It just gave me a weird feeling which you shouldnt get when visiting a medical facility.

I went into the walk-in urgent clinic on this past Saturday 12/16/23. I was told that myself and my four year-old granddaughter tested positive for the flu. Doctor. Wiuc did not call in prescriptions for anything. She told me to go home and take NyQuil and DayQuil I was coughing profusely. I had a high fever along with my granddaughter. She was aware that I have high blood pressure but told me to just go home and take NyQuil and DayQuil, which isn’t good for people with high blood pressure, at any rate, I followed those instructions. It came home. I am getting worse by the day. I called her on yesterday 12/17/23 and asked the receptionist to please have her call me in something a breathing treatment anything they said she was not in yet they will get her a message as soon as she came in. I call back this morning because I never received a call back and they told me she’s out of the office today so I will have to wait because she’s not in today & no other Doctor can take care of me. I’ve reached out to my primary care physician. I am beyond angry. This is my life and I literally feel like I’m about to die. This cannot be what our healthcare system has turned to. I would NEVER go here again, I wouldn’t send my dog here YUCK!!!!

Came in today to get treatment for my husband’s allergic reaction to a hornet sting. We did a virtual check-in then sat in the empty waiting room for about 20 minutes. During this time, 2 women behind the receptionist window were talking to each other and never once acknowledged us. Finally they entered the waiting room to give us a new form to fill out then told us they are leaving for a lunch break and will be back in 20 minutes. Not once did they ask about my husband’s condition or see if he needed immediate assistance. We weren’t sure if he was going to need an Epipen because his allergic reaction was getting worse as we continued waiting. But they didn’t seem to care. I think the name of this place should be changed to “Non-urgent Care.” Needless to say we left right away and went elsewhere for treatment. I will never go back to this place and will make sure everyone I know will not waste their time here.

Go somewhere else.waited over an hour to be seen when there was only 3 people including me. doctor seemed like she didn’t want to be there and wanted to go home. then went to pick up my medication. doctor didn’t put the order in right and when the pharmacist called on my behalf so they could fill the medication, first didn’t even pick up the phone and put them on hold for over 20 mins. i had to drive all the way back to ask for them to pick up the phone. i originally asked them to just have the prescription paper but assured me they were sending it correctly. This could have just been avoided if they gave me the prescription paper in the first place. after all of this it has been over two hours since i even stepped foot in there. just terrible.

Do not go there!!! Spoke with physician over the phone. I’m glad I did not stop in! Told her I was having a dull aching in both my forearms down to the fingers (never had it before). It’s too much to write- however, it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. She claims it could be the flu or Covid starting, (I already had Covid after Christmas)- how old are you? I told her 62- she says it could be arthritis??? She really acted unconcerned. She told me it’s nothing they can do there. Ok I get it, but I felt as if she was brushing me off and she didn’t care. It wasn’t what she said but I didn’t like how she was responding. I felt like she was brushing me off???? I’m just glad I called first.

Honestly, the best urgent care Ive ever been to, and I feel like Ive been to a lot of them. Short wait times, nice waiting room and care rooms, the staff are patient and do everything they can to help you and make you comfortable, and overall it makes having to go to an urgent care not so bad. Dr. Becker, Tammy, and Diana are reliably great and helpful.

Today I took my kids there because of his fever and cough. I was amazed about the service I received. Its far beyond my expectation. I didnt wait long at all even though the office at the time was actually pretty busy. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were super helpful. The whole process started from patient registration, covid/flu test, nurse check up, doctors visit, to sending prescription to pharmacy, it didnt take long at all. Doctor and nurse explained to us in details about the cause, current stage and the treatment. The Walk in Urgent Care is super efficient. I wish staffs in the Walk in Urgent Care have a great holiday season!

My experience was quite positive. I was seen quickly and did not feel dismissed, ignored, disrespected or rushed in any way. Karen is incredible. Her warmth, kindness, professionalism and good humour really make a difference when you are not feeling well.

If I could have rated zero star I would. This place is terrible, labs were done on me supposed to be sent out on Fri here it is Monday no results I went back to the terrible place call urgent care they told me to call Labcorp , Labcorp has nothing in their system, I than went back to them the medical assistant doesn’t have a clue of nothing. I made them aware this insurance it not welfare. I’m not paying this billDo not go to this place.

I am so happy with the care that I received from the Walk In Urgent Care. It started with the Receptionist (nurse?) who answered the phone and walked me through the app that needed to be downloaded and she was very patient and polite. I also saw her patience with other patients. The Doctor was thorough and we treated my issue in no time. If you need to go to an Urgent Care give this one a try.

The healthcare workers at this location are amazing! Karen, Linda, and Maddy took great care of me and my buddy who had classes all day and arrived 20 minutes before their scheduled closure. They kindly tested us, and my friend who is a nurse was able to help others the next day! Great facility and great people!

First time visit (usual place closed down for remodeling) walked in and the receptionist stated “sit down a lot of people are ahead of you” like I ruin her whole day by walking in there . How did she know who came first if there is no sign-in form and barely looked at me. She started calling people up asking why they were there which the whole small waiting area can hear so no privacy. I just walked out and decide to go elsewhere will not stay anywhere that doesn’t want my business

Went in here with my daughter and was so happy I found them! Tami, MA was super friendly, smiling and amazing with my daughter. Zina Becker, PA, was great! She answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed at all. I would give them 10+++++!!!! No one likes going to urgent care, but if you have to, this one really is beyond terrific!!!!

I visited this location and my experience could’ve been better. I’ve been here plenty as it’s my neighborhood urgent care. But now, there’s a new system that requires you to download an app on your phone to be seen and although Karen walked me through step by step and got everything straightened out, her being the only person doing secretary work and medical assistant work made me uneasy about occupying so much of her time as she had other patients. I’ve been in this place and seen elderly patients on first name basis with staff and seen quickly and I just feel horrible for how things will go now for them using this new system. They need more staff and a change in the system or they’ll be losing patients for sure.

This place purchased MedGroup that used to be at this location. For faster service download the Walk-in Urgent Care App. Otherwise, checkin is via a person on a screen and a camera table to capture driver’s license and insurance card.

Karen, Linda, and Maddy made my trip to urgent care sublime. I showed up close to closing time but they were kind enough to help me anyways. I highly recommend this facility as the healthcare providers that work here immensely respectful and compassionate.

These health care professionals were completely swamped with patients and had been running around all day, but you could never tell with the curtesy and friendliness when I walked in. They prepped me with a possible long wait time, but their efficiency and skill the wait was not that long. I never felt rushed even though there were patients going in and out the whole time. No matter how bad I feel, when Karen checks me in I’m always feeling a little better than when I came. I was able to see the doc and get my advice. So big thanks to the wonderful team of Karen, Zina, and Indra (I hope I got the spelling right)

Madeline and Lisa was awesome so nice and quick and fast I was in and out they were busy but still manage to get me out in time and not have me in there all day

This Urgent Care is clean, convenient, and efficient as with most however Karen is what sets this office apart from the rest. She is ALWAYS pleasant and ready to help, which keeps me coming back. Post Covid, its been very hard to find a live person who provides good customer, and actually follows through, but as always Karen continues to provide all of the above. She never forgets your name, your needs or any detail which is so important in healthcare, not to mention a friendly face to put you at ease. Thanks Karen!

I cannot say enough positive things about Karen. She is professional and personable; not often a combination you find in a medical setting. I appreciated her ability to put me at ease during a stressful situation. She is a true gem!

I love this urgent care. My only advice would be to call ahead to see if they are busy, because I am apparently not the only one who finds this place a gem when it comes to quick, quality healthcare and diagnosis. From the moment you speak with front desk staff, whether it’s the professional but kind receptionist Diana, or the effervescent Nurse Karen who also sometimes does double duty at the front desk, you will feel that you are in competent and caring hands. Maddie is a medical assistant who also goes above and beyond to make sure you’re as comfortable as can be while needing medical care. Her sweet personality makes getting your blood pressure and answering the necessary diagnostic questions a breeze. The Drs. are also great- Dr. Zina was very kind and professional and covered all of the bases. I am glad this place is located so close to my home in Cleveland Heights!m, but I’d drive much further for this level of care!

Please do not come to this place. After you walk in you have to speak with this foreign lady through a computer which makes it very difficult to understand. The doctor was not clear whatsoever, didn’t explain anything , and seemed like she just wanted to go home. I highly recommend that you don’t come here.

I want to give a 5 star review to Karen, Diana and Dr B. I have been going here for a long time and am very impressed with the friendliness, care and concern I am given at each and every appointment. I am so appreciative of all of their hard work and dedication.I am sincerely thankful.

The absolute most insane doctor I’ve ever met

Woke up having a hard time breathing. Dr. Zina, Karen the MA and Diana at the front desk were all extremely helpful and very, very professional and nice. Went in a bit anxious and a little scared and walked out being able to breathe. Highly recommend this location and these medical professionals.

Took care of my needs thoroughly and with patience, great staff!

Showed up for my 11:30am appointment to there being a padlock on the door and no lights on. Unprofessional to allow appointments through the urgent care app when you’re closed. I’m sick and drove 30 minutes one-way for this appointment and now the next available appt at any urgent care isn’t until Tuesday. Wish I would have known this before selecting this location, I would have chosen differently.

I must give a huge shout out to the staff at the University Heights office. From the front desk (Ms. Diane) to the nurse (Ms. Karen) and the doctors assistant (Ms. Zina) they were very helpful, kind and patient with my family and I. We were all sick over the holidays and they showed us the compassion that can sometimes get lost in the hustle of everyday life. I pray that God will continue to keep these ladies and their families and give them the strength to pressing through these trying times. I need them to know that their care has not gone unappreciated and I want to say thank you! God bless you all! ♥️

This the worst place ever imaginable. Complete waste of space. Why is there a virtual assistant checking people in when there’s actual people there. It makes no sense. And to make issues worse you can’t even hear her. If you see this place go the other way.

This is the best urgent care that Ive ever been to. They were extremely fast and efficient. Very friendly staff, thanks to Karen, Tammy and Debra. Im very pleased.

I would like to review them for service, but they dont answer their phone and their voicemail has not been set up. What kind of business does this and they are an Urgent Care??? I called 6 times over 15 minutes.

My girlfriend had a UTI so we went here to get medication for it. Later, she developed a fever so we called back for consultation, but they didnt answer. Instead they kept ignoring it everyday. Meanwhile, her fever was getting worse, (luckily we were able to get an appointment elsewhere). When I tried calling them on a different number, they picked up, told me the doctor was busy and to call back later. So I did, and again. Ignored.Would not recommend. Especially if you need to Walk In for Urgent Care...

What an amazing place for quick care! My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon and were able to get an appointment right away! Karen was so sweet and extremely personable. We highly recommend this place!

Diana at the front desk is always so pleasant and helpful! Madeline is efficient and quite caring! We enjoy the staff and the experience. My family is definitely coming back!

Good morning sunshines!! I love going to see the ladies, Miss Diane & Karen, and Doc B, at the walk in Urgent Care in University Hts! I have sent multiple ppl to see these ladies on a regular basis, because of their kind heart and kind words, I know they will take care of everyone, from a simple cold to a broken arm. Thank you Karen & Miss Diane!

If I could put less than one star I would. I made an appointment and upon arrival the receptionist told me to go sit down after walking in and not to sign in, come to show they need me to sign in 20 minutes later. Very unfriendly, and couldnt give a rapid covid test due to being an international student on a student visa, Ive gotten covid tests before and never had a problem. Very unpleasant with the service.

Went for COVID rapid antigen test. FYI app is required/heavily suggested to take COVID test. They agreed to test only after being told we should have closed 30 minutes ago... which would have been 1 hr 30 minutes before closing time. Then test went well and was told I could wait anywhere for 15 mins to come back for result. Upon my return, lights were out and door was locked. Called in to office where they answered 10 feet away from me and told me they were extremely busy so they would bring me my result later... but did not let me inside. It was raining outside so I gave up after standing 15 mins in rain. Still not sure if I am COVID positive or negative.Would recommend finding testing anywhere else. Unsure about actual medical care as did not interact with other staff than front desk.

They were able to see me quickly, but were very dismissive and gave my bad advice for an infection. I would recommend calling UH or the Cleveland Clinic and see if they can get you a same day appointment (I did), they give much better care

Very nice, clean facility and very friendly and efficient staff from the front desk to the back. Specifically, Karen is always pleasant, funny and makes me feel at ease whenever I am there. I will go back definitely and recommend this facility to all my friends.

Website states that they treat sprains, strains, broken bones etc. Traveled there, sat for several minutes, only to be told that they didn’t have imaging there. Please update your service list. Customer service and check in process could use upgrading as well.

I was told my x-ray results were going to be communicated here since this is where I initially came following a potential injury. The number provided never rings because the voice-mail isnt setup. Trying to see if I do have a broken bone or not. Will have to not work if thats the case. Please fix this.

The Doctor and Karen were both amazing. They are just wonderful with my two year old. They were patient and efficient and I can’t thank them enough.

I’ve been here twice without an issue. Today ,however, I booked an appointment via the app. I came 15 minutes early to see a hand written sign saying they’re closed because they’re understaffed. Understandable but their has to be some kind of communication so patients can no not to waste their time.

Karen and Dianna is the absolute best without them Im confused cause they know their jobs so well alone with their patients always helping to make sure the patient is first I love them I love Dr. Breitenbach too😁

They gave an appointment yesterday for 12:30 today, just got here with a Fractured ankle and they are closed. I guess they closed early yesterday as well. Office voicemail has not been set up and the main Columbus number “Voicemail is full”. This is crazy that they couldnt even call to cancel my appointment or automated email.

Karen and Dr. Brune gave me excellent care. They were kind, thorough, and efficient. I would definitely recommend visiting this location!

Made a confirmed online appointment for a covid test. Drove 30 minutes & when we showed up there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day. If youre going to be closed then update your app. Waste of time.

The doctor treated sore throat issue of my sister well and the doctor wss very nice and humble with my elderly sister.

First, I was able to get in asap (I was here at open, 1 person ahead of me). Staff was excellent, very professional and polite! I definitely would recommend. 🙂
