Planned Parenthood - Cleveland Health Center

Visited 5/23. The people here are very nice. I was already in a bad mood due to other circumstances so when I was relayed information, I was quite upset. However, they did not seem to be bothered and instead were very nice to me. I apologized when I realized it wasn’t their fault and instead the call center… they can’t control how billing and payments work as they’re just normal staff. Even though I was upset they were still very kind and understanding and didn’t hold anything against me for being upset. I appreciated everything they did today, especially the nursing staff.

I had a great experience getting my IUD removed here today. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. The service cost much less than the estimate I was provided at a different medical facility.

Had appointment on Friday and tried to pick up my prescription afterwards- Walmart pharmacy notified me that whoever had prescribed my medication is not licensed in the state of Ohio to do so, I tried calling planned parenthood multiple times just to hear that there’s no one on staff that can help me and they’d call me back.. Tried calling again before close on Saturday and was told no one will be getting back to me until Tuesday because of the holiday; leaving me in pain and with an infection for an additional 4-5 days. Very unhappy with the lack of care/effort given.

Been receiving my care from this location for several years. I have never had a bad experience. Friendly and attentive staff. Always feels like a safe space whenever I am here

Spent an hour and a half at the facility just to be talked out of my procedure. I have now found out I do need. Will not be getting it at this location

Such a nice office and staff. Steph was the person who collected my blood sample, and she was awesome.

I was treated very well here. The nurses were non judgemental towards me, and my gynecologicall appointment went by as quickly and patiently as they can. My only problem was that their e-script machine has apparently been on the fritz and no one mentioned this before sending me to the pharmacy.I will say that I am a white woman and these experiences may very well be the result of my appearance.

I had this best experience at this planned parenthood! All of the staff were so helpful and nice, and the woman who took out my implant birth control was awesome! I really thought that it was going to be painful, but she made it was painless as possible. 5 stars to this location!

This location fell off. Used to be good customer service and communication. Now they have smart mouths and sarcastic. They take walk ins before appointments. I’ve never waited in waiting room with an appointment. Will be finding another spot

THE ABSOLUTE WORST “Medical Testing Office” IN OHIO!Not only was I overcharged for my visit after a nurse had specifically told me what my max cost for the entire visit should be, I was called 5 days after taking a test to be informed that my sample WAS SPILLED AND LOST! Not that big of a deal except the fact that this office is the closest to my house and it’s still a 100 minute drive! How is this even considered a true medical practice! This establishment should be shut down and seized!

Would be great if they could take the time to tell a patient well before the patient arrives when theyre coming in for a full check up if the patient thinks theyre coming in for something else. That is extra time AND money that a patient may not have available at that time and was a waste of a drive.

I went into this location for my medication I needed to get. They tell me part of my medication needs to be picked up at a pharmacy, which is no problem. They would call if they had any problems putting it in. Got to the pharmacy and they tell me they told the Dr that they DIDNT have it! So they sent it to a different one. After driving another 20 minutes we get to this on for them to tell me that it is 84 dollars! After the Dr told me it would be 24. So now, not only am I pissed because they havent called to tell me they had a problem with it but now I have to pay am EXTRA 60 dollars, when I dont even have enough to my bills. Thanks a lot.

I had an amazing experience from the front desk to my provider everyone was nice I was seen in a timely manor and had my wellness visit in under an hour. Found my new provider

Service Is Great . However They Dont Answer The Phone For Anything And Their Website Sucks And Very Unclear Concerning Test Results . All My Procedures Are Listed But When I Go To Test Results, There’s Nothing There . It’s Been Over A Week Now !

Very unhappy with this place they always cancel your appointment, they never have a clinician to handle your simple needs and when they do have a clinician God forbidden she gets sick they have no person to cover her but they will sit and stay open but cant do anything for you

From the minute i walked in i was treated like a NUMBER. Horrible. Totally dehumanized me. I dont know what is wrong with these people who work here. NEVER EVER GO HERE
